CGIOUT software products are developed and sold by Raffaele Galli (Maneki Media). Sales are processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC as merchant of record, which handles payment, invoicing and applicable taxes.
Paid purchases are not open yet. The launch catalogue offers VectorRIG Studio monthly, annually or as a perpetual license. Subscription access lasts for the paid term. A perpetual license includes 12 months of updates; later maintenance renewals are optional and do not determine the right to use an already entitled version. Trial access lasts 14 days from first activation. Standard Studio licenses allow two activated computers for one user, with use on one computer at a time. An optional maintenance renewal costs €249 excluding applicable taxes, starts on its purchase date and lasts 12 months, including updates and any upgrades released during that period, without back payments for skipped periods. Standard Studio licenses allow up to 7 days offline from the last successful verification, never beyond Trial or subscription expiry. Use on one computer at a time is a license condition.
Licenses verify the license online periodically. Floating licenses require an internet connection while the software is running. Revoked or refunded licenses stop working after verification.
The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the license.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
