Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Purchase data — your email and order details, processed by Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record) and shared with us to issue and manage your license.
• License activations — a pseudonymous computer identifier (a hash, not hardware serials), a self-reported computer name, and activation timestamps. Required to enforce per-license machine limits and remember the start and expiry of a trial.
• Anonymous telemetry — disabled by default. If you enable telemetry in Default Paths, the app sends the machine hash, app version and product on startup. It does not send project contents or file names.
• Email — messages you send us, kept for support purposes.

What we don't do

• No ads, no analytics trackers, no cookies on this website.
• We never sell or share your data with third parties beyond the processors below.
• Rendering and SAM segmentation run locally. When you use a cloud AI Assistant connection, the selected image and instructions are sent to your chosen provider through your own account or API key. Local Ollama analysis stays on your computer.

Retention & your rights

License records are kept for as long as the license is valid, plus what tax law requires. You may request access, correction or deletion of your data (deletion of active license records ends the license). Contact: [email protected].
